At Luksusbaby, we offer a flexible 14-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
