What are your delivery times and shipping costs?
We offer fast worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and delivery takes 1-3 business days within Denmark or 3-7 business days for international orders. Shipping costs vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
How do I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. You can use our online return portal to generate a shipping label and send the items back to us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Luksusbaby accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. We also support MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Are the clothes true to size?
Most of our brands follow standard European sizing. However, since we carry many different designers, we provide a specific size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit for your child.
